Thank you for your feedback. You purchased worldwide cover, which includes cover in the USA. You contacted us and asked to cancel as you thought the USA was excluded. You acknolwedged that you had not read the small print. We advised that the USA was included, you had not selected the optional US$100,000 CDW cover option. We declined cancellation and you never replied.
Our cancellation rights, which are within: the purchase declarations, our sales email, our certificate of insurance: and here: https://www.reducemyexcess.co.uk/your-right-to-cancel.aspx make it very clear that policies under 30 days may not be cancelled.
We are sorry that you feel that our website is rubbish, yet you acknolwedge that you did not look at all of it.
