Great product that landed in time, problem is that only 1 key was included so if I loose it I'm in trouble, tried calling and emailing but no response to date 13/06/18

Hi, very strange. Let me look into this for you and apologies on the delay. I know we were waiting for some keys to come in (unfortunately they don't send one per box!) but someone should have passed that on.

Just updated the feedback here to reflect the service gained since I left the original comments, had a communication from Stuart at rat bait pest control and some extra keys have arrived today, many thanks
Their choice of courier was poor. Left me a "sorry, we called but..." card even with two cars in the drive, kitchen radio audible and noise of shower extractor by left ear making it clear I was at...

Prompt delivery and well packaged. The trap looks very sturdy, I haven't used it yet as the the moles must have seen it delivered and have disappeared !
