Taking onboard your comment regarding the fuel, we decided to conduct an internal review of our documentation and policies around fuel management. Whilst there is a specific term within our T&Cs that covers the non return of fuel that's used on a project, we think it will assist future customers by including this term within the proposal and formal quote documentation itself. Rather than this term only being visible within the terms and conditions. We really appreciate your feedback and hope to work with you again in the future.
