Good hotels and scenic locations without being overpriced.
Booked on-line with no difficulties. Ramblers telephoned me within 3 days to confirm room availability. Paperwork and confirmation were then received within 3 days.
Overall a good service

Thanks for your feedback; it's great to hear that you've enjoyed your holidays with us and the calorie-neutral concept of eating and walking. I've also just looked at the fatality rate amongst your previous travelling companions and am delighted to note that it's a reassuring zero. I've done a couple of sections of the southern part of the Offa's Dyke Path - you're in for a good holiday!

The booking ran smoothly apart from the rather slow credit card payment process which confuses the customer into thinking the payment has failed. This was the slowest online payment I have ever made.

Thank you for booking our Cruise & Walk holiday 'Roaming Around Scotland'. We regret that Fred. Olsen Cruise Lines have not yet confirmed the exact sailing times. As noted in your Holiday Information sheet 'Sailing time is usually from mid afternoon to early evening and will be confirmed on your travel documents.'
We would expect check in to be from 13.30, embarkation from 15.30 and sailing from 16.30. The exact details will be confirmed in the travel documents which will be despatched approximately 2 weeks before departure.
