We really do value your feedback and thank you for taking the time to do so. Unfortunately, there are times when it is not always so easy to receive a room confirmation as quickly as we would like. Please rest assure that this is not certainly not usual and we are excellent at updating our clients as to the progress of their bookings throughout the entire process. We can only apologise to you for having to call and chase us up. I have since taken this up with my Sales & Reservations department to prevent this occurring again.

I have been on many Ramblers holidays over a span of nearly fifty years
Not sure if you are asking about upcoming trip or in general. I've mostly had great experiences, but some of the lodgings had been poor.
