Happy with the end result, but it wasn't easy.
We got there in the end, following unnecessarily lengthy phone calls, some errors and difficulties in the itinerary and slow responses.

Effective and informative, but needed a bit more time for consideration.
Very efficient, but I did not expect it all to be done over the phone (with several lengthy periods 'on hold'). i would have preferred to get a written quote and be able to consider it at my leisure.
