To be perfectly honest, rail fares are nothing but a rip off, a fare should be as cheap as possible all the time, not 12 week in advance. The whole system should be simpler

The booking process was made very easy because the staff was quite friendly, efficient and effective. He knew what he was doing and was very accommodating.
