After speaking with Puronics about my rarely soft water, I was given some instructions to get things back on track, This resulted in successfully improving the softness, although, I still believe that the water is less soft than past experience. It could be that our local water is just too hard for the device to fully soften the water. At any rate, the team at Puronics is first rate.
