I appreciate your comments in relation to the deposit but this is a common practise throughout the travel industry. I apologise if you feel that this detracts from your stay this is not our intention. It is on our T&C's so that everyone would know prior to arrival. Thank you for your comments about the chef and the personal trainer I will pass these comments along with your comments on reception to the park so that they can be fed back. It is always nice to have positive feedback about our staff members. Whilst I understand your comments about towels we have found that other holiday makers have not found this to be an issue. I will however pass the comments onto the park manager.

I am really sorry that you did not find everything to the level you would of liked. We have not had any other feedback in relation to the entrance road so apologise if you found this narrow and difficult to find. The cafe and entertainment is based on the number of people on park and is advertised on our web site. All our pitches have PAYGO electric and we swimming has always been chargable. We feel our charges are in line with the facilities offered and find our holiday makers are happy to pay in this way. It is really nice to see your feedback in relation to the toilets and showers and I am sure the park will be pleased with this recommendation. I will pass your comments to park so they can review and address each area.
