I'm sorry to hear you feel the service has been poor and that there wasn't sufficient advice and guidance provided. I can't find any communication from you expressing your concern whilst you were studying the course. We had several exchanges last year where I assisted you with various questions, including the EAR process, and at the time you seemed happy and didn't express any concerns at all. I have already acted upon your feedback regarding the location of the reasonable adjustment form and the whole section with the CIM forms is now in the top section on the General Resources page. I have also re-labelled the tab for further clarity. We appreciate all feedback and will always do our best to improve when something isn't quite right, but we rely on our students to share their thoughts with us. This was a very easy thing to address and I do actually think that we are really good at acting upon any suggestions on how to improve or any issues that need addressing.

Hi Elena, I'm sorry to hear you feel the information about the course activation wasn't clear enough. Our flexible approach allows you to purchase a module/course and then pick the workshop(s) that you wish to attend. The module/course activation is mentioned in my welcome email, which you received after purchasing the course. We did also discus the process in January. However, we will of course consider how we could add further clarity in the future.
