Also about the refund of your deposit, please don't worry as we were just had a new employee arrangement in our account department which led us into some unexpected refund issue but this time everything has been sorted out and goes smoothly. We are so happy that you enjoyed your stay with us and we will look into ways to help keep the suite cooler should your next visit be in the warmer weather as well. We apologise for any odor as it may have been from another suite using spices. We will check on this item right away.
