Thank you for taking the time to leave us feedback. I am very pleased to hear that you found our delivery service was 'excellent' The underlay is supplied in 2x5m and 2x8m pieces to make up the square meters of the matching liner. It is common practice to supply the underlay in this manner, it is easier to pack, easier to store and most importantly it is generally better for the customer because they can re-enforce potential problem areas. You purchased the better quality fleece underlay which is 200 gsm and should be more than fit for purpose. I apologise the issue with the seperate pieces of underlay was not explained to you properly at the time of purchase. Your feedback will help us improve our service in the future. If you wish to discuss this in more detail please do not hesitate to give us a call on (01642) 370888. Sorry for any inconvenience. Regards Customer Service Team

Thank you for taking the time to leave us feedback. Thanks also for purchasing the Hozelock Barley Straw Extract on our special BOGOF offer and your welocme comments regarding our delivery and service. I am sorry that this product did not seem to do the job. Perhaps there is a more underlying issue with the balance of the pond that we could explore? Please get in touch with us on (01642) 370888 if you wish to discuss this in more detail. Regards Customer Service Team
