Quick and easy to navigate web site. Straightforward checkout and even though I asked for ‘standard’ delivery it arrived, expertly wrapped in super speedy time. Sadly some of the items didn’t fit but...

Delivery was unacceptable, flannels charge the same delivery charge but is the day after, I waiting 6 days! Very, very poor

I'm sorry you were not happy with the service you received from Pockets on this occasion. Your items did arrive on the 5th working day (Monday to Friday) after you placed your order, which is within the 3 - 7 days quoted on our website for standard delivery - we do usually strive to get every order dispatched much quicker than this, but allow the 7 working days period during Flash Sale events due to the high volume of orders we receive.

Wasted day!
Whilst rating service as good, Pockets disregarded my request, and which I paid for, to send by a Courier who offers a delivery slot service. In consequence a day wasted awaiting delivery!

Sorry for the failure to honour our delivery arrangement this time, Terry. We did struggle to cope with the sheer volume of orders we had during this most recent Flash Sale, but I can assure you that we have learned from this experience by implementing better order processing and delivery procedures.
