It didnt match the colour! The picture shows a frame that was supposed to match the wall. Painted with the same RAL colour.

Thank you for your feedback The ral colour you ordered was 3024 which is luminous red, this colour is the strip on the right hand side of the image. Please can you can you email helpteam@pntrade.co.uk with a clearer description of what has happened and we can investigate. are you trying to match the two rectangles on the left because neither of those appear to be 3024.
