Thank you for taking the time to leave your feedback - we are sorry to hear you aren't happy with the service you received.
I've discussed your case with the member of the customer service team who worked with you. They have explained that the delivery address you input was incorrect at the time of purchase, but that as soon as you made them aware there was an issue the package was recalled. Once you had confirmed the correct delivery address, a replacement order was shipped before the wrongly addressed package had been received back. I can see this is currently in transit - UPS estimate most deliveries will arrive within 5 working days, so this should arrive by Wednesday at the latest.
We do apologise for the time it can take us to resolve issues like this for our American customers. We do operate UK office hours, and although we have a support team who can help with queries they aren't authorised to amend delivery details as you required.
