Sorry to hear you were confused with the website but it does clearly state Outdoor Look and yes we do sell Hawkshead products. We are an internet based company so postage and packing are charged for each order. The shirts go by the chest size rather than height so are sized on this basis. As with all different makes and designs the sizes can alternate between different brands. A refund was credited to you on 22.6.10.
