Amazon doesn't always work
When I ordered the necklace thro Amazon the necklace was not in the box! I contacted Ortak directly and managed to resolve the problem.
So Amazon should have 3 stars and Ortak 5 stars

Alison delivered the pendant earlier than expected. My wife is delighted with it - it is exactly what we ordered, and Alison was helpful when there was a 6 day gap in the tracking progress.
