Hi Tara, Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We are truly sorry for the disappointment caused by EVRi losing your first order with us. While courier losses are rare, we completely understand how frustrating it is when a delivery doesn't arrive as expected. As soon as you contacted us, our team immediately investigated, took full responsibility, and processed a 100% refund back to your payment method straight away. We sincerely apologise that your first experience was let down by the courier, and we hope you might consider giving us another chance in the future to show you our usual high standard of service. Kind regards, Nial
