Had all sorts of insurance firms text and ring me and a few quoted a slightly cheaper price than one solution so I one solution and they agreed to price match the cheaper quote.

ok if you speak to the right person
to be honest they are a good company and easy to work with if you get the right person

Efficient, courteous and effective.
Very efficiently the problem with replacing my mother's lapsed policy was dealt with. We quickly found an appropriate new policy for her needs.
