Take it easy on the vitamins 😂 Your definately not meant to eat them all in one go 😮 but we are glad you enjoy the taste. But seriously, only one a day is recommended, we do advise that you will start to feel the benefits between 6-8 weeks of daily consumption but some people often feel them sooner. I think it’s good that the packaging is compostable. But I didn’t realise that each one would be covered in so much sugar. It would be good if there was an alternative way to make it taste nice.

Thank you for your feedback and we are so happy you like our compostable packaging. The stacks are sugar free, we use a natural sweetener to coat them to give the stacks the sweet taste and has no impact on your glycemic index 😃
