The watch is amazing I gave 4 stars only because the shipping was a bit complicated. I didn’t get any shipping notification after placing the order for five days, but on the fifth day it’s arrived....

We are incredible sorry for all the inconveniences you have been experiencing and I believe we tried to do everything in order to solve it as fast as possible, anything else was just not up to us, meaning the speed while solving particular issues.
