the watch has already stopped working...i wrote to them last week, but haven't received a response yet...completely unacceptable.

Thank you so much for your feedback, but it seems that we responded in an extremely timely manner to you - one minute to be honest.
Therefore, we would greatly appreciate if you could check your spam folder to make sure if the response accidentally ended up there? That would be greatly appreciated and truly sorry for the unknown errors between both of the sides which caused this lack of communication. It was indeed not our intension.
If we will not hear back from you in 12 hours, we will assume that there are some errors between our customer support platform and your end, and will make sure to contact you via our private email.
