We are so sorry to hear that, and obviously we never meant so many things to go wrong. We are truly sorry for your latest experience with us.
We have lately experienced some problems in our warehouse where pins are accidentally not included to the package. We are working very hard on fixing such kind of the issue, on the other hand, please be aware that our watches are assembled by our warehouse workers, thus human errors can always occur in such case. We will make sure to resolve the issue asap in order to make sure that it will not be repeated. In addition, as I see, once you contacted us, we made sure to confirm that missing items will be shipped to you immediately as it is of course the mistake from our side and we are taking the full responsibility of such kind of the error.
In regards the mesh clasp, truly sorry to hear that. We tend to believe that our customer support focused more on collecting the data in order to improve in the future rather than detect the fraud. We strongly care about our quality and listen to every single feedback, thus super sorry if the support was too pushy or made it sounds like there is lack of trust between both sides. I do strongly believe our support member simply wished to collect such kind of the documentation in order to develop better products in the future.
Hope it sounds reasonable, but of course we are so sorry for such an experience with us. It was definitely not our intension of not meeting your expectation, believe, the team will make sure to make you happy one way or another. Therefore, truly appreciate your understanding in regards to this.

The Nordgreen Team was speedy in responding to my previous concerns, and replacing the incorrect/malfunctioning straps. Although my initial impression wasn't great, their team definitely made up for it in their customer service. Given how much effort they put into resolving the situation and making sure I have the correct items, I would purchase a watch from them again in the future! I would suggest, though, that they change the wording of their response-emails to people with incorrect or dysfunctional items so that it is clearer to the customer that the purpose is for product development and communication with the warehouse, rather than to fact-check the customer's claims. As the wording currently stands, it just states that documentation is required to replace the item, which suggests (to me anyway) that the purpose is to make sure that the request isn't fraudulent. (To be fair, I actually think this is reasonable in the case of an incorrect item -- there's lot of internet fraud! -- but I just couldn't provide that documentation for an unpredictably opening clasp.)
Quality and ease of getting the watch made the perfect gift for my boyfriend! The watch was/is stylish and classic and compliments the suits he has to wear for his new job perfectly!
