Hi Paul, Thank you for taking the time to review us.
From what we can see in our system, the package was delivered to you the day after you left the review. We're sorry about the delay you have experienced, and that it took a few more working days than expected for the watch to arrive in Australia. Sometimes, though rarely, there are delays in the delivery and once the parcel is with the courier is out of our direct control. Considering the uncertain times we're living at the moment, it could have happened that additional controls were encountered, causing a minor delay in the delivery.
We will always try our best to solve the issue as soon as possible. If there's anything you need regarding your order, do not hesitate in contacting us at hello@nordgreen.com.
