We'd like to extend our apologies once more. We know we are in contact with you through our customer service at the moment, and we believe we have solved the issue as soon as we were aware of it. As mentioned, we have a new courier service to the UK, so we're getting used to this new process, and learning their timings. Sadly, this is something we only get to learn with experience.
