Firstly please accept my sincere apologies for this. When it goes wrong it really goes wrong. The courier lost the second bed the first time and have managed to totally wreck the second bed. As discussed we are using an alternative courier now and will swap the frame over so that we have this sorted for you asap. Please do accept my apologies as this is not the norm at all.

Thank you for your review and I am pleased that this was delivered so quickly however not impressed that it was left outside. I can advise that we have now changed couriers and this will not happen again.
