When I ordered online I accidentally ordered 2 frames & paid for them. I immediately emailed MyBedFrames who replied straight away & refunded without any hassle.

Thank you for your review and I am pleased that you found our service and delivery good. With regards to the fittings as discussed if these are screwed in before construction as per the instruction it does make the assembly much easier. I have passed this onto our suppliers to highlight this in the instructions better.
