Thank you for your review and I am pleased that you found our service and delivery good.With regards to the fittings as discussed if these are screwed in before construction as per the instruction it does make the assembly much easier. I have passed this onto our suppliers to highlight this in the instructions better.

Thank you for your email. As discussed 3 parcels we signed for by the person we gave you the POD for. We did chase the couriers as soon as you notified us of this as they advised that the van had come back to the depot empty after the delivery day to you and that all items on his load that day had been signed for. I apologise that the new headend took 10 working days but this is the time of a new order and the headend had to be processed as a new order. We advised that we would reimburse you if the headend did turn up as it would be returned to us but again as discussed the depot still advises that this never came back in the first instance so is unlikely it will turn up but we will advise if this does happen. I am sorry that you went through this but it is clear on the delivery note the items you are signing for and also there are many check boxes to fill in before signing for the 3 items.
