Good range to choose from easy to order informed item with in dispatch would have been nice to know who was delivering item and was unable to track it progress .

Due to the strike by Royal Mail your parcel was delayed, therefore we have refunded the delivery charge back to you.

Thank you so much for taking off the postage. I was unaware that Royal Mail were striking. The basket came the next day and is of very high quality and beautiful- perfect present for my friend. Would recommend your company without hesitation.
