Dear Lia, We remember when you emailed to confirm this problem and we responded same day for you you. We shipped those additional by UPS and they delivered on the 8th of April. The tracking says that your parcel was 'left at front door'. Would you have a concierge on the front door that would be holding this parcel for you? We did all that we could to provide you with excellent service at the time and we will reach out to you by email as well so that we can continue this conversation. Dear Mary, Thank you for your comment. Please let us just confirm that your order was placed on the Saturday, we shipped it on the following working day (Monday), and it was delivered on the Friday of the same week. We hope that you don't mind us correcting you on this point, but we need to be careful not to mislead our customers and your feedback is not entirely accurate. As stated on our website it takes between 4-6 working days for orders to rest the West side of the States. With that in mind we do feel that we've delivered our delivery promise to you and provided you with good customer service. We're sorry to see that you offer us 3 stars for our Service level - Hopefully you might consider editing it for us? Kind regards, Neil

We're sorry to read that your parcel arrived in a way that left it unprotected. This is certainly not to our standard and we can only conclude that something fairly extreme must have happened to the parcel while on route to you. We will certainly investigate in a hope to learn from this problem. It would have been nice if you had reached out to us in a more direct way so that we could respond with a replacement shipment or other request to reassure you that we do actually take our level of service very seriously. A1 star review is very upsetting to receive when it would seem that something exceptional happened beyond our control.
