I love my new rug. Great quality exactly what I wanted. I purchased it online from Ireland so a bit abrehensive but no need. Their customer service is 5 star also

We do however apologise sincerely on behalf of our couriers for the service received from them. This has been raised as an issue with our courier account manager to help prevent this from happening again and allow a better experience on your next purchase should you shop with us again.
