We apologise for the issues experienced in the cancellation and refund of this order.
We always attempt to ensure that all products are in stock and all payments taken are refunded as quickly as possible.
Our admin system has been vastly upgraded in the last week so that stock issues should be far less frequent. In addition, as payments will only be taken at point of dispatch, any such issues would be resolved without payment being taken.

delivery adress not transferred to courier properly so my package was delivered to a charity shop two miles away, after spending nearly an hour waiting for them to pick up the phone i gave up and...
