Sorry to hear about the problems you had with the delivery for this one. I've had a look at your order and I can see the couriers tried to make a few delivery attempts before you were available to take the delivery. If you get in touch with us we will always be happy to contact the couriers on your behalf. I can see one of my colleagues gave you their direct line number so you could get hold of them personally to try and sort the issue out. This isn't something the operators are required to do and I think it shows how serious and dedicated we are to providing good customer service.
