Although 2 hours later than scheduled no fault of the delivery drivers they were in and out quickly taking my old machine sad to see her go but I’m liking the replacement.

Thank you for your review and I am sorry there was a delay in delivery.
The order was placed via Finance, as such the order is not released until we receive confirmation from them that the order is ok to be released.
We can see your order was placed on Boxing Day which likely caused a delay in this and we apologise for any inconvenience caused.
