Once again customer service prior to travel was very good. Some of the accommodation very poor. Based on this we will not be travelling with Mac adventures in the future.

Just a quick additional note: the book we got with the walk information was quite useful, but the map was not that great and we brought a 1:25000 Ordnance Survey map as a matter of course. These contain MUCH more information like escape paths in case of good weather and additional route options. Visitors to the UK might not know about these and it would be helpful to give them the choice.
