Hi John, Thank you for your comments. I can see from your booking with us that for some reason you had not received the final confirmation email from ourselves which details how we work at the time of your holiday. It explains how we ask for bags to be ready by 9am and the labelling procedure. I can only apologise for this. Our systems allow the drivers to notify the accommodations the evening before of their arrival time next day by call, e mail or text... it looks that a phone call was made to the accommodation the evening before but it could be that a message was left and it was not passed onto yourselves as it had not been picked up. I do hope this little hiccup did not spoil your holiday too much and we look forward to seeing you should you walk another part of the Moors or coast path again. Sue. Luggage Transfers Manager.
