Thank you so much for your feedback! We completely understand how much easier it would be to shop in person and find the perfect fit without the hassle of ordering and returning items. We love your suggestion of bringing back a physical store or introducing pop-up shops in the US! We’ll be sure to share your feedback with the relevant team. Thank you for your continued support of LTS and for helping us understand what matters most to our tall customers!

Bad service from Evri

LTS are great, they send out orders very fast but it's the delivery company they use that let's them down. Change from Evri please, I'd rather pay a little more for delivery

O que Zoë D disse sobre a Long Tall Sally:

Me and my big feet!

The package arrived earlier than stated and was left hidden behind our wheelie bins, as no-one was in. Fortunately, I spotted the package as I was opening the front door on my return.
