I would firstly like to thank you for taking your time to review your visit to the London Doctors Clinic.

We are happy to hear that you had such a positive experience with the Doctor and received your results so quickly. This is something that we pride ourselves on and always commit to meet the highest standards of care.

I am sorry to hear that you had such trouble accessing the clinic. As you are aware, our Victoria clinic is based in a very large office building with a vast number of businesses. The security is extremely thorough to ensure everyone's safety. Your feedback is much valued and I can confirm that we are currently in the process of updating our website and text messaging service to create a smoother patient journey.

The prices of our blood tests are set by The Doctors Laboratory and we are obliged to extend this to the patient. Nonetheless, we are confident we are one of the cheapest private GP clinics in London.

The consultation charge is for the time taken to obtain the blood sample by the doctor personally, their time in interpreting the results and their expert feedback and follow up thereafter. We always want to guarantee that every patient is given all the necessary information during the appointment to ensure first class service.

I would firstly like to apologise for the standard of service you have received, this is definitely not the level of service we strive to deliver and I can assure this is matter is being investigated to ensure it does not happen again.

Firstly, I would like to address the standard of the clinic. It comes with great disappointment to hear that you were not satisfied by the cleanliness of the clinic. We pride ourselves on the strict standards we follow in each of our clinics to ensure that they meet the regulations set out for a clean environment. As this standard was not met on your visit, I have fed this back to our management team who will be investigating this thoroughly.

In regards to the procedure in your consultation. On occasion, it is not always easy to draw blood and bruises and haematomas (collection of blood under the skin) are not entirely uncommon complications of blood sampling. We pride ourselves on fast, convenient and excellent clinical care but welcome all opportunities to better our practice. You feedback will be discussed in our internal meetings.
