The customers' bank must process all refunds which may take up to five days to be shown on your account, similar to all retail experiences. Our chlorine tablets are individually wrapped to try contain the full chlorine tablet if any were to chip off during transport. This ensures you are always putting the correct amounts in your pool. This is still a fantastic suggestion and we are constantly looking for ways to improve! Thank you for this feedback.
