Easy and Polite.
The person over the phone was extremely helpful and answered all of my questions.
He looked into some queries I had and advised next steps for me in order to get what we wanted.

Easy enough to go through the process, it is irritating when offers are put out then within a day are changed. The difference of £80 was made on my internet booking within one day so I was not happy...
