a little disappointing
with limited things to do with the park being closed, the splash area was very apealing to our children that are aged 3 and 4yrs. Very disappointing to find the splash areas out of use and the slide...

I am sorry to hear you were disappointed to find the water features in the leisure area were not working during your stay. All our facilities go through thorough maintenance checks regularly to insure they are fully functional for our guests. Unfortunately despite these checks some things do stop working, with regards to our water features, these had stopped working and we where waiting for a part to arrive from abroad. With the Christmas period, this took longer than we had hoped so I do apologise for any upset this caused.
I will also pass your comments onto the hotel team so they can take on board your comments to further improve the customer experience at the Legoland Windsor resort.
