Poor communication and I am out of pocket
Though I am indeed by Kia the actual insurance company is different. I managed to get the car fixed but have not heard anything since. I have had to pay out and the accident was not my fault.

Many thanks for your feedback. We will arrange for our underwriters at Allianz Insurance, who underwrite our policies for Kia Insurance, to contact you directly to discuss this claim. As this was an incident with a Foreign vehicle they can take some time to complete, however I will ask the file handler at Allianz to contact you to discuss further.

Awful
Lack of communication between Kia and my insurance company made the whole situation a nightmare and me as "piggy in the middle"

Won’t be staying with Kia insurance
1) Waited far too long for the car to be taken to repair garage as was told they wouldn’t do the repairs while I was on holiday in the UK (this was the most convenient time for repair for me!) 2)...

We have looked into the points you have raised and can advise that the reason we didn’t book your vehicle in for repair earlier was that we needed to obtain a full admission of liability from the third-party insurer before proceeding with the repairs to your vehicle. The team should have advised you of this and we have fed this back to the team manager to ensure that this does not happen again. We can only apologise for the problem with the hire car and that it was not returned sooner. Please be assured this is not our normal level of service. Please let me know if you wish me to investigate further and we will then pass on to our customer experience team who can contact you to discuss it.
