Thank you for your review. we offer next day delivery placed on orders before 2 o'clock for our Kent customers. this was placed at 3 o'clock and was delivered within 2 working days. we will take this review onboard and hope to provide even faster delivery in the future

Sorry to hear that some of your item were received damaged, however I am glad we was able to send out replacements for you
