Ensure that if emails are being sent out stipulating a delivery date, that this date is adhered to.

It would be good to be able to make a number of purchases from the machine in 1 transaction. If this is possible then it needs to be clear on the machine

Engineer did not show up to install the second machine. Not the first time they have been a no show. These guys rarely turn up on booked and promised dates.

We have received excellent service since the installation of the water cooler and they maintain the water level to the required standard. I would have no hesitation in recommending them to others

Poor service and poor product. Water leaked all over floor, then the machine packed up and the right hand and left hand at the company do not know what they are doing. Machine returned.
