At Jubilee Wills & Estate Planning, we aim to provide clear communication, accurate documentation, and a smooth client journey. It is concerning to hear that you experienced delays, repeated amendments, and a lack of clarity during the process. We have built an internal process that allows time to review any potential errors before the final documents are sent to you, with the aim to produce documents that are accurate without the need of further codicils, errors are avoided but sometimes happen and i apologise if the process was not fully explained. That is not the standard of service we strive to deliver. We have over 9000 clients and this is the first time we have received such feedback; therefore, we would like to speak to you if possible, to understand where we can improve our service levels in the future.
