Easy to shop from website - efficient service.
Like the stores but there could be huge improvements made in the standard of customer service which is on offer. Much prefer shopping online.

I always find something that I like wether in-store or on-line.
My only comment would be that it is a shame that you cannot return items bought...

I am sorry to hear that you did not have a pleasent experience at JOY. In the time that your order was returned we have since amended this issue, and are now contacting all customers once we have received their returns. We have also reduced the waiting time for refunds it is now 3 -5 days. I would be really interested in discussing this with you further.
