I apologise for getting the date wrong it should have been 07 July not June. As luck would have it I received the order on 14 July a few hours after writing my review.
I am a bit happier with your service but my original comment that I received an email confirming my order was on its way with a delivery date not later than 07July when this was simply not true still stands.
When I phoned to check the status on 07 July I discovered the supplier to your local depot did not have it in stock so the local depot could not say when it would be available. This contradicted your email message and I should have been told this without asking.
On a more positive note my phone calls to the main and local offices were answered immediately and staff responded in a friendly and helpful manner.
Thank you for responding to my comments and I am prepared to change the review to 3 stars as 1 star is probably too harsh but reflected how I felt at the time.
