Check your policy documents carefully!
Please check your policy documents carefully. We requested an online quote with Public Liability cover. As we were about to proceed, there was a final question asking if we wanted coronavirus cover....

We apologise for the technical hiccup regarding the online system, however, it seems that the information regarding the Public Liability Cover you selected was not passed over from MoneySuperMarket to our system, hence why it was not included on your policy. We are pleased though that you noticed this and got in contact with us so we could add it on to your policy, ensuring you have the cover you need.
As we have not heard any reports of this problem with the online system as you described, if you have any further details (and any screenshots if you have them) to help us rectify this issue please can you send an email to enquiries@voyagerins.com and we will try and sort it out to prevent it from happening again.

Easy to use and good cover
Easy to use website with many price options to choose from covering all I could think of to insure and protect our special day as far as possible.

Easy & straight forward but could be better.
The online system loaded the wrong gender from Money Supermarket so I had to call also. Other than that it was easy & straight forward.
