I would have no hesitation using this service again. I have used it twice so far, the customer service is excellent and it’s so much better than landfill.
Efficient and responsive. I donated my payment from Inkviro to the Eastern Air Ambulance so I have no view on the promptness of their payments

Mr Stead, We thanked you for your inkjet donation, at which time we could have also answered this question. We display an example Air Ambulance donation letter on our site. We show their logo plus link to them. Customers who donate is a fraction: Your is the 5th for 2021, & only the 2nd this Fin. Year (since 5 April). As a business, we don't pay each donation on arrival. The Air Ambulance approach us each year. If you'd prefer, kindly provide bank details & we will pay you, so you can individually pay them, or any other charity of your choosing. Thank you

Yes, subject to order volumes, we do attempt to make payment the day we receive bank a/c or PayPal details, if received by 4pm Mon-Fri. Thank you for acknowledging this.
