I am very sorry you are disappointed with our service especially after you quoted on another questionnaire that our service was "good". I have looked into the issues raised. Our valuation did take longer than expected due to the remote rural location of your property. The delay was also down to your onward purchase of the property you were buying which you had to renegotiate following survey, which was obviously out of our control. Please accept my apologies for the delay in the valuation and the oversight by our solicitor in not paying your solicitor's fees on time. Kind regards Simon Blunt - Managing Director
