We do apologise for any lapse in the service given. WE note that the nationality was corrected and new boarding passes sent prior to departure. Whilst we understand your concerns we can categorically state that our staff do endeavour to provide a professional service as indicated by the many positive reviews received on this site.

Thank you for your comments. We did address the issue at the time. Our agents are instructed not to offer advice on visa requirements and to refer our clients to the appropriate embassy for information We do state in our terms and conditions that visa issues are the responsibility of the client. Should there have been any doubt, which you comments indicate,further clarification could have been obtained from the embassy.

That response just sums holiday gems up let me put it in real terms your answer mr Reith you are a liar our employee did not recommend Turkey and even if she did prove it oh and by the way we have covered our back sides In the small print so thanks for your money and we don't care if one of the most important times of your life your honeymoon was ruined thanks for your money and we don't care if you use us again because there are plenty more fools like you that will use our services. Absolute disgrace still until this day not even once was the word sorry used!!!!
